I believe in self satisfaction.
Yet, I get jealous easily.

Looking through facebook always makes me envy those ppl who are born with a silver spoon, who do not have to get stress over not being smart enough, who is loved by the whole world, who has a pretty face that makes all guys swoon over you..
The list seemed to be never ending...
Is this a girl thing? Or is it just me?
Is other girls envy of my current status, just like how im envy of theirs..
I wonder.

Do you think pure hard work can get me those things other people possessed?
Im not trying to snatch from them. I just want to rightfully gain them and relish the moments where i can actually possess and enjoy those wonders..
But currently at this moment, i feel that im very very very far away from getting those wonders.

Busy at work these few days. Which is good.
I like the adrenaline rush.
I feel motivated to go to work.
I do not feel so guilty submitting the timesheet.
I hope this adrenaline rush can be consistent till nearer the end of my IA.

Im going to take 1 day MC to extract my wisdom teeth tmr. It has been hurting for 1 week already.
Im scared. I keep remembering the pain i experience the previous time i extract it and my legs will go wobbly at the thoughts of it. I hope all will go well tmr..

I've officially worked for 16 days!! Have already received 6 days of pay so im feeling SLIGHTLY richer than during the dec :]] smile.

Work is full of interesting experiences.

When i was in sch, im the student. I've never considered the work the Teachers, the Cleaners or the Non-teaching staff works. My responsibility was just to study n get good grades.

Working as a lab assistance get me expose to what happen in the background, like the problems the teachers are facing, the preparation of examinations, the political issues. I really find it very fascinating n real. As if it somehow reflects the real practical world i'd be entering in future.

Oh well.

Anyway, the cleaner who is in charged of the lab area spotted a termite nest on thu.

The scene was scary.

It was my first time seeing a termite nest 0_o

The card-box was chipped n hole-y. An awful sight.

The lab tech auntie, the cleaner n i were scared speechless. We do not even dare go near it!!

I mean who would dare.

Oh well. Maybe the vice-principal of st nich would.

Apparently the cleaner went to find the vice-principal n told her about the termite nest. Instead of coming down to have a look immediately, she asked the cleaner to use something to knock it to confirm tt there's termite inside before she send someone down. And then, she continued w her CNY decoration which she was occupied w before being interrupted by the cleaner -_-''

I seriously dun think she's fit to be a vice-principal.

Although in the end it's really nothing except the remnants of the termite nest, she should have come down immediately to confirm it. The CNY decoration seemed to take priority instead of the termite nest. HOW RIDICULOUS!

Wat if the termite is really inside? Is she going to hold responsible if something happens to the ppl near e lab area? She's the one acting immature n not understanding the seriousness of the problem!! Humph. Anti her from today onwards.

I swear.

Anyway, the lab aunties started growing bacteria on wed. So cool.

I tot it is like little worms initially. Didnt expect to see white lines of bacteria instead.xp

From wat the auntie said, this is a colonies of bacteria.

We treat them like bao3 cos it's very precious for the sec 1 n 3 practical lessons.

I find it a bit ironic considering how we shun them in real life. Hmmm..

Anyway, i seriously want to get a weekend job!!

Ger n Sing tempted me w the provence bread shop job.

Really really tempted to give them a call to ask whether they need ppl who can work during the weekends. But the problem is that the walk-in-interview is ALL THE WAY at holland v. OMG. So freaking far!!! Haiz. Should i or should i not?!! Tell me.

Auntie Doris did offer me a marking job at her house. Quite convenient so i dun mind.

But it's not regular, in the sense that she'll only call me over if there's more than 3 students on that day. Haiz. Earning $$ is really not easy.

YY scares me yesterday. After meeting up w sing n ger after work, i saw YY on the bus!! Ahaha..

it's already like 10 plus plus at night n guess wat she told me!!! She just came back frm a night job as waitress in this Japanese restaurant!! OMG. So hiong!! Make me more tempted to get another job. hmmm...
